Position: Assistant Professor of Marketing

The Faculty of Business, University of New Brunswick Saint John invites applications for a tenure track position in marketing at the rank of Assistant Professor, effective July 1, 2017. Candidates should preferably have a record of publications in high quality peer-reviewed journals and demonstrated evidence of effective teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Teaching assignments will be at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels. This position is subject to budgetary approval.
The minimum qualification for consideration is a PhD in marketing ideally with a focus in one or more of the following areas: digital marketing, sales, marketing analytics, services marketing or marketing strategy. Exceptional candidates with a PhD nearing completion may also be considered. The Faculty of Business promotes excellence in both teaching and research, and seeks candidates interested in working with partners from the local to the global. The Faculty also has a reputation for cutting-edge innovation. It has almost 600 students in its undergraduate programs and 100 full- and part-time MBA students. The Faculty also enjoys unique relationships with the business and professional communities, which provide excellent opportunities for co-op and internship experience, teaching enhancement, research collaboration and community involvement.
